Sanlam Kenya Plc (formerly Pan Africa Insurance Holdings Limited) is a Kenya-based holding company. The principal activity of the Company, through its subsidiary Pan Africa Life Assurance Limited, is the underwriting of all classes of long-term insurance business, with the exception of industrial life insurance. The Group also has interests in a wholly owned investment company (PA Securities Limited). The Company's business segments includes Ordinary life assurance business, Superannuation business and Investment. The Ordinary Life insurance segment offers individual life insurance products. The Superannuation segment deals with group insurance schemes. The Investments segment provides investment management services. Sanlam Kenya's subsidiaries include PA Securities Limited and Pan Africa Life Assurance.
